He is now the Co-Founder of GC Leads, a results-driven data company focused on producing high-performing datasets—such as probate, tax delinquency, and code violations—and pairing them with accurate contact data, structured follow-up systems, and tailored sales approaches to help investors and agents consistently close deals—not just generate leads.
